Beaufort County Parks and Recreation rents community centers and rooms, playgrounds, ball fields, tennis courts, parks, and swimming pools for gatherings such as parties, meetings, classes, training, conferences, and expos. Basketball Gyms are not rented.

Completed applications may also be submitted in person at Burton Wells Recreation Center for Beaufort-area rentals or Buckwalter Recreation Center for Bluffton-area rentals.

Completed applications MUST be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks before the requested rental date. 

The 'Special Event Permit Application' and 'Wine and Beer Application',  must be submitted if the renter desires alcohol to be served. These applications require significantly more lead time in processing. NOTE: Alcohol is prohibited at any county pool.
